Rename data provider to follow naming convention

The decimalZerosProvider data provider method was inconsistent with the test file's naming convention where all data providers follow the pattern data{MethodName}.

Changes:

• Renamed decimalZerosProvider → dataTrimDecimalZeros in tests/NumericHelperTest.php
• Updated #[DataProvider] attribute to reference the new method name

This aligns with existing data providers: dataNormalize, dataIsInteger, dataConvertHumanReadableSizeToBytes, etc.
