Changes

• Replaced identify-wordpress-slowness link with official WP-CLI handbook: https://make.wordpress.org/cli/handbook/how-to/figure-out-why-wordpress-is-slow/
• Removed profile-wp-rest-api link reference and surrounding text

Modified bin/readme/overview-body.md (README source file, not the generated README.md directly).
