The '.debug_*' sections of the usr apps are move in a seperated
file ('app.elf.debug'). The apps is then much lighter. For
example, C++ hello-world shrink form 8.2MB to 884K.
For debug, the app.elf.debug is linked with the app.elf.

Small thing, but otherwise it's ok to me.
There is a bug with 32bits where the elf isn't loaded correctly only for C++ applications. I'm working on fixing this.
