Build instructions

Use the start menu to launch "x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2022"

Navigate to this directory

• run setup.cmd This creates the VS solution files in the ..\build directory

Either

• run build.cmd to build the project or
• launch Visual Studio and open the solution file in the ..\build directory

Then

• run install.cmd This installs the built programs in the ..\bin directory where they can be executed
