it seems to me it should probably be similar to an election
im not sure if our dao allows votes like that? but it could be a good use... After #400 it does appear its not really a 'PR' kind of topic to do changes like that, as it got pretty large across multiple media (discord, github pr) |

I think curating working groups requires more rigor than curating individual guild membership; it should at least require a quorum for participation and anonymizability of voters, as we have with quarterly updates.
