Code Review
This pull request adds an empty line to the Makefile for the purpose of triggering a stability test. While this achieves the goal, adding a blank line can be ambiguous. I have suggested replacing it with a comment to make the intent of the change explicit, which improves code clarity and maintainability for anyone reviewing the file's history.

While this change is for triggering CI, adding a blank line can be confusing and may be mistaken for an accidental change. A more descriptive and intentional way to make a no-op change is to add a comment. This makes the purpose clear to future developers reviewing the code.
