CNV-76072: Update the Node Network Configuration wizard

This PR does the following:

• Fixes the "Create another node network configuration" checkbox
• Fixes a bug in the node selection flow that causes non-worker nodes to be included
• Fixes a bug wherein the randomly generated network and policy names weren't regenerating
• Removes unused files
