Add RESTORE, DATA and READ commands

node-basic is now almost completely compatible command-wise with the Basic! app.

Big Expression parser fix

Fixed the expression parser, made the whole thing more compatible with the Basic! flavour, and made some of the graphical commands less strict in their sizes.
