Q workflow failing at MCP gateway startup due to missing TAVILY_API_KEY secret (run #21112110223).

Configuration error at mcpServers.tavily.env.TAVILY_API_KEY: undefined environment variable referenced: TAVILY_API_KEY

Changes

  • Removed import: shared/mcp/tavily.md no longer imported
  • Updated Phase 3: Research step now uses internal resources instead of Tavily:
    • Repository docs, workflow examples, cache-memory, GitHub issues

Tavily was used for supplementary web search in "Phase 3: Research Solutions". Core Q functionality (log analysis, issue detection, PR creation) works without it.
