This PR adds a guide for integrating Basenames (Base's native identity system) into dApps.
Key Features:
useBasename Hook: A custom hook using viem to handle Reverse Resolution (Address -> Name) specifically on the Base L2 network.
Metadata Fetching: implementation of getEnsText to retrieve the user's 'avatar' record for rich social displays.
UI Component: A copy-paste IdentityBadge component that handles loading states, avatar fallbacks, and address truncation.
Why: Users expect social profiles, not hex addresses. This guide provides the code to make dApps on Base feel "human-readable" by default.
