Anyway, this commit updates the Twitch
Create Clipdocs (C# method and sub-action) because the Twitch API endpoint for clip creation can now accept a title and duration parameter, as those parameters are supported as of Streamer.Bot 1.0.2The relevant docs now reflect the title/duration parameters and the warning about the Twitch API restrictions is removed as it is no longer relevant.
