The check parameter is now called condition
This dependency doesn't have a release that works with Django 5 or 6. We aren't using the features anyway afaik, so perhaps we should just remove it?

Mostly removing a copy of itertools.batched needed by older Python versions
Using uv is a bit more complicated for the commands, and this removes some layer caching, but it makes it much easier to work out how to run local commands that match production.
