remove bitcoin package from deps as we plan to depre bitcoin package. i have remove bitcoin depen inside provides and react page, moving them into bitcoin package (all bitcoin stuffs is in bitcoin package).
this bitcoin package will then be depre soon.
specifically need for review is there are build errors in core-cst package, and in this PR, you will see changes related to blake. need @twwu123 to review the blake changes
