Saves old and new model raw volumetrics by collectionInstrumentId
Hours, minutes and seconds in volumetrics files names
Controller returns what's in the files in a map
Corrected some method names and parameters with collectionInstrumentId

TODO: add response documents with only questionnaireIds in the count (no renaming had been done on prod)
