This adds a new example that shows how to integrate jupyter notebooks per ensemble instance and for a global "master" notebook
Note that only the per-instance notebook exists and it needs to be changed to use the IPS API to get at the data instead of manually drilling down. Then the top-level notebook will need to be added that similarly uses the API to access the ensemble data.
