Sprint Tracker

Acting as Tech Lead for a team of 6 in this academic project, I guided the architecture and development of this Kanban-based task manager.

Built with Next.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Zustand, it features OAuth2 (Google/Microsoft) & LDAP support, detailed progress reports, and full management of boards and tasks.

The project is containerized and orchestrated using Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
