Update to use the gap triggered production as default

Follow up of this PR #2099

The base generator has been modified to acept both rapidty and eta configuration.

Now, gap-triggered production method is default.

Confirmed that the generated MC now passes the trigger TVX selection.

Could you suggest the label for the general production?
