Unable to convert oor to ogg #2
Description
This oor dumped by oordump cannot be converted to ogg while others can.
1687648731_5a2d2d3a.zip (the zip contains the oor file as github doesn't allow upload files with weird extensions)
This error message might help
escript: exception error: no match of right hand side value -1
in function vorbis_headers:setup_mode_blocksizes_/2 (vorbis_headers.erl, line 35)
in call from oor:to_ogg/2 (oor.erl, line 84)
