Get notifications on general discussions

Dear members of the User Group,

some messages about the User Group are sometimes sent under the "General" discussions. It might be that you did not get a notification about these messages (e.g., #270 ). In case you did not get any notification, please check the following:

• In the UserSupport repository, under the watch-dropdown-menu you should have checked "All activity"
• Under the Notifications in the settings of your personal github account, make sure that the "Automatically watch repositories" is on.

You should then get notifications of messages under the "General" discussions as well (I hope).
