Brief description of your issue

The installation configuration requires Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.8, when, in fact, according to the changelog, it requires Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.10.

Steps to reproduce

winget install -e --id icsharpcode.ILSpy
Starts installation of Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.8 as a dependency.

Actual behavior

Installs the wrong dependency version.

Expected behavior

Installs Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.10 as a dependency.

Windows Package Manager v1.12.350
Windows: Windows.Desktop v10.0.22631.6345
Package: Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller v1.27.350.0
