[Package Issue]: Package.Identifier PHP incorrect install

Brief description of your issue

Hello,

Although the PHP/PHP package appears in this github repository, it fails to install with "No package found matching input criteria."

When attempting winget install php an erroneous package is installed:

"Found ExeOutput for PHP [XP8K0BZB8BVR8T] Version 25.0.0.0"

As a result, while the PHP package appears updated in this repository, it's not installable.
