Steps to reproduce

1. Previous version of Power Toys does not have Light Switch
2. Update Power Toys to version with Light Switch
3. Light Switch is enabled by default
4. User's selected system these (in this case, Dark) is unexpectedly changed during the day
5. User manually switches the theme in settings (unaware of Light Switch in Power Toys)
6. Power Toys (running in background) automatically changes theme

✔️ Expected Behavior

User's System Theme selection to be respected by default

❌ Actual Behavior

System theme was overwritten, repeatedly, without user consent.
