Multi-thread download #4
Description
Multi-threaded downloads will be based on channels. The installer structure that appeared in 0.3.0 will be the main one for further multithreading. But for sync with multiple threads, need to implement a mechanism to control the download of several identical decencies/packages. The algorithm can be made similar to a safe installation.
