Request: Reset login rate-limit / ban timer in LibreChat for a specific user

I need assistance to confirm whether it is possible to manually reset or refresh the login ban / rate-limit timer in LibreChat for a specific user.

The affected user is receiving the following error message:

“Too many login attempts, please try again after 5 minutes”

The request is to understand if there is any administrative action, configuration, or command that allows clearing this restriction only for that user, without changing the global login or rate-limiting settings for the rest of the platform.

Please let me know the recommended approach to handle this scenario.

Currently, there's no way to manually reset the login rate-limit for a specific user. The affected user will need to wait the full 5 minutes, or you can restart the LibreChat service to clear all rate-limits (affects all users).
