Remove venues which no longer have screenings

https://www.backyardcinema.co.uk/ has stopped providing listings now that xmas is over -- should it be removed?

https://www.lost.org/cinema has stopped providing listings with no details on whether it'll be a cinema again in the future

For other venues with no screenings, they tend to be source-only and this is expected / I'm more forgiving

Lost cinema recently posted that there'll be more (possibly short lived) activity soon -- so maybe hold off on removing it immediately
