rationfor size invariance shape standardisation

Hello,
Thanks for this very nice and easy to use software!

I am working with seed of various size :

I would like to plot their silhouettes like this:

However I would love to add a scale information. Is it possible from the actual contours and the standardized shape coordinates to obtain the scaling factor from each images?
Adding this to the object_measurements.csv output as a column would be great!

A first approach was to take the ration of perimeters but as the original contours has 500 points and the shape only 50 its not perfectly clean. I might go for a homemade rescaling of the 500 points.
