According to @elliot-huffman, each API `path` should have at least two examples in the corresponding `examples` field to demonstrate meaningful variants.

- Check each `examples` field in every API path object under the `paths` field.
- Ensure there are at least two examples in each `examples` field. Add new examples as need.
