Crash in VidCoderWorker.exe when queuing multiple files and using Profile: Automatic Level: 3.0

I have noticed on some of the saved Encoding profiles I created that when I usually use Profile: Automatic and Level: 3.0 that if I queue multiple files, it will crash and display "VidCoder worker has stopped working" with the option to Close. If I close, I can still proceed as normal and begin a batch encode.
