I'd like to have a system for providing explicit, manual guidance to AI for specific adaptors.
This could basically be a claude.md for each adaptor, which apollo is able to dynamically load when required.
Not all adaptors need it.
The idea of this would be to optimise and focus assistant knowledge. For example there's a bunch of stuff in common which isn't relevant to most users (this will change soon if I pull my finger out)
A big use case for this is fhir-4 - it's such a huge adaptor, I want to be able to provide special guidance to the assistant
