Report summary in a report with columns (page setup)

I have create a name list. The list is 2 columns that i had setup in "page setup - columns". Sometimes the list is long and ends in the second column. But often it ends in the left column.

But now i need after the last name a new page. This page should be without columns and had some additional text.

My idea is that i added a "report summary band" - but that is in the same width like the data-band

How can i print a text on the last page with full page width?
