Forced Crippling Iterations

Commit 8c1975a introduced initial code for Forced Crippling analysis on Minor Frames, with a solution for the angle of folds.

According to the reference material, this is an iterative process, but I can't figure out how to run the iterations, and with reasonable values I'm not seeing reasonable results. I'm expecting the angle to converge around 45 degrees, and getting about 30 instead.

Does the empirical formula remove the need for iterations?

Use values from Bruhn to get reasonable inputs, and compare to the example.

Since multiple components are potentially sized by Forced Crippling. This should probably be its own set of functions or even a dedicated class.

A dedicated class has been created. It's still not fully functional, but something we can continue to improve in the future.

After some work today in the dedicated branch, the examples still aren't lining up with the given values from Bruhn. This is partly because we're auto-optimizing for minimum thicknesses.

A debug check would be useful in the future, and perhaps a fresh re-write to provide that functionality. I'm debating merging all this in and leaving basic tests to at least insure the wrong-but-expected values don't accidentally change as we move on.
