Include PyAV in pre-built distributions #255
Description
PyAV will probably be a prerequisite for #20 and #254 to be fixed correctly, since it allows getting the correct timing information for presentation timestamps. It also is much faster in a lot of cases.
It's supported already with the Python distribution if you install the av package, but isn't included in Windows yet.
