[FEATURE REQ] .NET9 upgrade to .NET10

Hello,

.NET9 is currently planned end of support 10/11/2026.

Is it on the roadmap to upgrade APIOps to .NET10?

Yep, the next release we're working on (v7) uses .NET 10.
