Description of the issue

"Message": User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny in an identity-based policy" When requesting /studio/moon-phase on URL/API source from OBS.

What did you try and what didn't work

I've tried to source the moon-phase image from my geographic coordinates to OBS through URL/API source plugin.
